When your laptop needs a fresh install of Windows 10: Microsoft’s Windows 10 upgrade offers the best of both worlds
The Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series is a 15.6″ laptop with a Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD.
If you’ve been living under a rock, this machine is a good example of what the new Windows 10 upgrades are supposed to offer.
However, there’s a catch: the laptop will require a fresh Windows install.
This means that if you’re upgrading from a previous Windows version, the Dell Inspirons upgrade will only work with the Windows 10 Pro version.
It will not work with previous Windows 10 versions that come preinstalled on the laptop.
This means that even if you do upgrade, you’ll need to buy a new Windows upgrade.
This is a serious problem.
If the Inspiron series is still available after a Windows 10 update, Dell has offered up a coupon code that will give you free upgrade.
That code is: DLLUPgradeW11.
The code is valid until December 31, 2020, at 11:59pm PST.
The Inspiron 16 7000 series, the latest in the 15-series, also offers a free upgrade, but the Dell will only sell the upgrade for $20.
That’s not a bad deal.
The Inspiron 17 7000 series offers a similar deal, offering a free Windows 10 Upgrade for $40.
So the upgrade is $40, but you have to pay a $20 fee to upgrade to the Pro version of Windows.
The best way to keep your current laptop Windows 10 is to buy one of the Dell laptops with Windows 10 Professional or Ultimate.
But there are other ways to get a fresh upgrade.
There’s the Dell XP Professional and Professional 7 7000 series that offer a free upgraded upgrade.
The Dell XP 15 7000 and 15 7000 Pro series offer the same deal.
You’ll also need to upgrade your Macbook or MacBook Pro to Windows 10 from an earlier version of OS X.
